The third week

Last week was fun. We listened to jokes and then we had to explain the same thing to our partners. This exercise was good because it was different. For example I have never done anyhing like that and it's good to know how to tell something to someone who didn't hear it yet, it's actually not that easy. This was also fun thing to do, well we were listening to jokes so that's always fun way to do things.

We also went through the alphabets. I think a lot of people think that that is like the easiest thing in English language, everyone knows them but when we actually have to spell something, it's not that easy anymore. There are quite few letters that we Finns mix a lot. Once in a while we need to spell something so it was good that we practised that too. This was useful and fun.

One day we mixed our groups (which was a good idea so that we get to do things with different people, get to know them more and not always with your best friends) and played quiz. It was fun but the questions were quite difficult. A lot of stuff about America and England. At least teens in Finland won't probably know that much about their political situations even tho it would be good to know so it was hard. But at the end, we got more information about those situations in that class so it was good.

Then at the end of the week we went to studio to do listening comprehension. This is very good practise for the matriculation examination that are in a week.

All together this course hasn't gone worse, only better and better every week.
